1. The Service

The Website Auditor provides website audit reports and optional implementation services for businesses. The free 25-point audit is provided "as is" as an informational lead-generation service; paid audits and services are governed by the scope described at purchase.

2. Free Audit Terms

The free audit is limited to one website per business, delivered by email/WhatsApp, and carries no obligation on either side. We may decline audits for illegal, adult, or malicious websites.

3. Payments & Refunds

Paid audits and packages are billed in advance. If we fail to deliver a purchased audit report, you receive a full refund. Implementation work is refundable for the undelivered portion only. Monthly services can be cancelled anytime, effective the next billing cycle.

4. Your Responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorized to request an audit of the submitted website. You are responsible for backups of your own website; recommendations you implement are at your discretion.

5. No Guarantees

Audit findings and estimates (e.g., traffic, conversion, or AI-visibility improvements) are professional opinions based on industry data, not guarantees. Search engines and AI platforms change their systems without notice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

Audit reports are licensed to you for internal business use. Our frameworks, checklists, and report formats remain our property.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
